Once we collect some basic contact information, we will be able to schedule an On-Site Meeting to discuss your goals. We appreciate the invitation to your property each and every time. Whether it’s your first time talking with an Arborist or your 100th time, there are always many questions to ask and answer. A brief 30-45 minute discussion and inspection of your tree(s) will allow us to gauge whether or not we have the capabilities to serve you. If we feel like we are a good fit for the project, we will be able to calculate a ballpark cost on the spot.

High pressure sales are a thing of the past. If you feel like we are a good fit by the end of our meeting, then we will write up a formal contract for your review to make sure it says everything you want it to say. From there, all we need is your autograph and we can get you on the schedule. However, if for ANY reason during our meeting you feel like we are NOT a good fit, just stop us. We can shake hands and still be friends.

This is the fun part. Whether we are injecting your trees with medicine or removing a monster hazard tree, our team is always safe, courteous, and efficient. It is common to watch, take pictures, or even film the work - but remember to stay out of the work zones designated by cones or caution tape. When the work is completed our office will email a final invoice.
